When you send us an e-mail request or inquiry through the “Contact Us” section of the website, we obtain your first and last name, e-mail address, phone number and other information relating to your inquiry/request, i.e. any information that you choose to provide to us when filling out a contact form on our website. The information required will be the minimum to enable KD Capital to deal with your request i.e. to prepare appropriate proposal or provide services to you. When we keep Personal Information about you, we are responsible for keeping an accurate record of the information that you have submitted to us. We do not assume responsibility for verifying the ongoing accuracy of your Personal Information. 

If you have questions about the accuracy of identifying information you previously submitted to us, or want to have outdated information removed, please contact us. When requested, and provided that it is practical and commercially feasible to comply with the request and there is no legal or regulatory need for us to keep the information, we will delete identifying information from current operational systems.
